I purchased my 2017 Forrester from this dealership when it was still Weld County Garage and continued to take it there to be serviced even though I live in Denver. Weld County Garage did a great job servi it was still Weld County Garage and continued to take it there to be serviced even though I live in Denver. Weld County Garage did a great job servicing the vehicle and providing customer service. However, I will NEVER again take my car there for service now that it is owned by Mike Shaw of Greeley. I had the 30,000 mile service done in late August and have had trouble with my car since. In fact, I'm now afraid to drive it on the highway. First, they did not properly install the plate under my car so it vibrated when I was stopped. Last week, I found out that they did not tighten the lug nuts after rotating my tires. I started hearing a load clanking noise and was told that my wheel was about to come off and that the tire had probably been working itself loose since August because someone forgot to torque the lug nuts. So many people could have died if that wheel had come off, especially driving at high speeds. You need to be able to trust your service department and I no longer trust Mike Shaw Subaru Greeley! More
