The deal was smooth and painless (she didn't punch too hard to get us to agree-ha, ha). In all seriousness, we had a great experience with Deb and the entire dealership. Heck, we must have had a great experience, my husband purchased his vehicle from Deb and the dealership and then a month later I purchased mine. Guess you can say we are happy, repeat customers! More

Charge for synthetic oil but used regular oil-left fill cap Do NOT have them service your car. They made a mistake installing part, left off the oil fill cap and used regular oil not synthetic I paid for. I Do NOT have them service your car. They made a mistake installing part, left off the oil fill cap and used regular oil not synthetic I paid for. I know this do to the amount of brown (not the color of synthetic oil) that I found all over my garage floor. After a repeat return to repair the part they left the fill cap off. Fifty miles later smoke poorer from my engine compartment...oil dipping everywhere. Returned it again. Car is a 2012 Impreza and requires synthetic oil. The car consumes about 1/2 court every 1500 miles since their servicing. Subaru support asked to have a consumption test done. Half way through the test I checked the oil, it appears a simi-clear yellowish colour. This is the normal colour of synthetic, not the brown burned smelling crap they originally used (It was this colour and smell shortly after their servicing). My conclusion, they want the car to pass the test so they use the correct oil not the crap they used on my oil service change and subsequent repair (oil level sensor). They charge for synthetic 80.00 yet used cheap regular oil. I do not trust this dealership at all. More
I received a bonafide online price on a 2014 Subaru Cross Trek from the online sales department. I drove into town to complete the transaction only to find the online quote was reneged upon. They claimed th Trek from the online sales department. I drove into town to complete the transaction only to find the online quote was reneged upon. They claimed the pricing was a honest mistake and offered me no compensation on price negotiations. The sales manager did not budge from his office to offer me an apology or an explanation. I left the dealership with one word- Shady Did they make it right... NO More

Don't buy the car from them. Only test drive it here. Go somewhere they treat you right after the deal. They are careless with the vehicles finish and you are sure to have problems with aftermarket gear. Go somewhere they treat you right after the deal. They are careless with the vehicles finish and you are sure to have problems with aftermarket gear. If you like to enjoy your new ride don't buy here. They don't honestly care about you just your money. Don't buy the friendship/family gimmick either. How bad? Ask me, I will tell you. Please just consider my warning if you care about your new vehicle purchase. How many new cars will you buy in your lifetime? Don't waste one of those wonderful times here. More
I truly can't say enough good things about my experience at Ehrlich. After searching all over Northern Colorado and Denver for a used Subaru, my family and I finally went to Ehrlich. We wandered experience at Ehrlich. After searching all over Northern Colorado and Denver for a used Subaru, my family and I finally went to Ehrlich. We wandered in, weary after shopping for cars for weeks, and were greeted with a big smile and a friendly introduction. Efren was curteous, thoughtful, and, though newer to the business, always willing to quickly seek out an answer. We described what we were looking for and Efren took us for a test drive. From previous experience, I wasn't looking forward to having a "ride-along sales person," but before we were even around the block Efren had us in stitches. He showed us a great route that let us experience both highway and city driving, and by the time we got back to the dealership he seemed like an old friend. At no time during the ride did we feel pressured or as though we were in the middle of a sales pitch. Efren told us that he wasn't there to push us into something, but just to be available for questions. We didn't find exactly what we were looking for, but said we'd be back. A week or two later we came back after seeing a car online that fit our needs perfectly. We went back and of course asked for Efren. He smiled ear-to-ear when he saw us again, remembering things we had talked about weeks before. We asked him to come along for another test drive and knew we had the car we had been looking for. He was so gracious with his time - he cut his lunch short and gave us his full attention. The dealership let us take the car back to Fort Collins to get looked at by our mechanic, and we were even allowed to hold onto it for the night to get a better feel for it. Once our mechanic confirmed what the Subaru Certified Pre-Owned inspection had found, we jumped on the car and bought it that night. Efren was truly as excited as we were about the car, and not because it was "his sale." He was thrilled that we had found the car that we had been looking for. The negotiation process was better than we could have hoped for. After a recent high-pressure negotiation at another dealership, we went in braced for the worst. Efren's demeanor didn't change at all, and while we were sitting, every person who walked by asked (genuinely) how we were doing and offered us water. A price was quickly and painlessly agreed upon, and the following process was a breeze. Todd was an excellent resource, and the financial whiz Alex took care of the details. The only downside of buying a car with Ehrlich is that I no longer have an excuse to test drive cars and chat with the wonderful staff! More
My second purchase at this dealership. I drive 4 hours and pass 3 other dealerships to shop at this one. Both times are my top two car purchase experiences yet to date! and pass 3 other dealerships to shop at this one. Both times are my top two car purchase experiences yet to date! More
