I feel my service has always been handled in a prompt and friendly manner. Although the exact noise I heard could not be duplicated, I did have the bushings and rear brakes replaced and so far I have not ha friendly manner. We have used Mile Hi Honda for many years and have always had the most pleasant experience. We feel Eric is npt only our advocate but a personal friend. We are careful to keep the service contract current with our vehicles and Eric has been invaluable in this endeavor.
