We've been going to Mile High Honda since 1997, when I bought my first CR-V. I was so pleased with my CR-V, my husband went on to buy a Honda Accord -- previously owned Nissans. I purchased another CR-V w bought my first CR-V. I was so pleased with my CR-V, my husband went on to buy a Honda Accord -- previously owned Nissans. I purchased another CR-V when my first one was 13 years old. Our son's family bought a new Honda Pilot and our youngest daughter and her husband have a Honda Element and a Civic. Oh, and our son's in-laws now each have a Pilot. Look what I started! The service at Mile High Honda is stellar. The dealership is so clean and modern (they renovated last year, I believe). Eric Pruter always seems to check us in and out when we're there for service, and he is most friendly. Treats everyone like a special customer. And I love the in-and-out oil change service! We had a great experience with this dealership last week when we went in to lease a new Honda Crosstour. Our salesman, Mike Ruplinger, was very pleasant to work with and didn't pressure us at all! Great friendly place to take your car for maintance, with fair pricing. Told me everything that they needed to do to the car before hand and what would be replaced. Mile High is excellent or 5. People are trustworthy and the service always pleasent. I guess the real issue for me is TRUST. My 1991 Honda Accord with 328,600 miles has only been serviced at Mile High Honda for the past 16 years. During one of my service intervals I was introduced to Eric Purter and from that day, when I serviced at Mile High Honda for the past 16 years. During one of my service intervals I was introduced to Eric Purter and from that day, when I needed to bring my Honda into Mile High, I would only deal with Eric. Eric is not only friendly and easy to talk with, he gets the job done! With any car having high mileage there will be regular maintenace, but also service of replacement. Eric took the time to explain in non-mechanic words what, when and why was needed in order to keep the car in good condition. I trusted Eric's statements and knew that I need not worry about being taken advantage of or that I was wasting my money on the repair bills. I believe that my experience with Eric is the reason my car has lasted with such high mileage. Eric Purter is very professional making sure customer's are happy with their experience at Mile High Honda.
