I was having a problem with my 2003 Honda Pilot and whenever I call service, I am happy to speak to the same 2 people. Chris heard my concerns, had my car checked out and then recommended that I not r whenever I call service, I am happy to speak to the same 2 people. Chris heard my concerns, had my car checked out and then recommended that I not repair my car today, since it was a hardship for me, but wait for awhile. My friend was with me and he was shocked that Chris did not sell me into fixing everything today. That is excellent service. I feel confident with the service I receive at Honda and especially with Chris. I would recommend the service shop, but I didn't have to because Chris sold my friend without even knowing it.
