I was having a problem with my 2003 Honda Pilot and whenever I call service, I am happy to speak to the same 2 people. Chris heard my concerns, had my car checked out and then recommended that I not repair my car today, since it was a hardship for me, but wait for awhile. My friend was with me and he was shocked that Chris did not sell me into fixing everything today. That is excellent service. I feel confident with the service I receive at Honda and especially with Chris. I would recommend the service shop, but I didn't have to because Chris sold my friend without even knowing it. After I brought my car I asked my friend who had a honda accord where she takes her car( I got my car from an auto dealer). She said Mile High Honda see Eric. He went over all that the service would entail in detail. I decided to wait at the dealership for the work to be done. He pointed me to a secondary lounge, away from the television, where I could set up my laptop and get some work done. Eric gave me a detailed report of the service work as they were finishing up, and an honest assessment of what needed to be done sooner than later. No hard sell, just information. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

I have used Mile High Honda for years. I bought my 1988 Honda in 1995, and it has been a great car. With the age of the car I knew that it would need good maintenance.
