Decent dealership If I had never been to another dealership I probably would rate MHH higher, but since I have, I rate a 3. The service department has been relocated to an Acura dealership building. The service team was outnumbered by 3 times the customers. Everyone was doing the best they could, but neither the customer nor the employee deserve that stress. My vehicle needed extensive repairs and only half were completed because the parts were not in stock. Again, a different dealership when service was provided, would run my vehicle through their wash as a courtesy. And my wait time was 3/4 less. Neither of these happened at MH. More

Buying a new car and selling my old car. Went in just to”look” at a CRV and not buy as we were going to look at Subaru Forester also. Valerie Cook, our salesperson, showed us a car that met the what I wanted. Then she took me on a test drive and the car about sold itself. It was a “Certified Pre Owned” 2017 CRV and loaded!! Boy is it beautiful. Valerie was so kind and very knowledgeable about the car. She also planted “in my head” as we talked, that “when you buy this car from me” several times so I was set up to buy the car. Glad that I did. The finance guy (sorry I forgot his name and his card is out in the car) was also very kind. I would recommend Mile High Honda to anyone. The car I traded in (2005 Accord) was a car I bought from Mile High Honda in 2005. I like the dealership!! More
