I was impressed with the the overall service i recieved when i brought in my CRV a couple weeks ago. The service to my vehicle was great,as always, but i would like to make a specific complement to the gen when i brought in my CRV a couple weeks ago. I noticed that it must not have been a busy day. Because i sat in my car for a moment and i noticed that there were numerous service people at the front desks just chatting and joking around and they didnt seem to want to help me. I did make eye contact with the advisor chris. He was on the phone, but he did make eye contact with me and smiled. He quickly finished his phone call and came over to my car and took all my information and got my sevice needs taken care of in a very prompt fashion. When i do return for service i will make sure to bring my business to Chris. Employees like this are what makes and organization great. More

We really enjoyed working with Charley, she was very friendly and put no sales pressure on us. She found out what we were looking for and we were unsure ourselves, but she found us the car we were look friendly and put no sales pressure on us.
