Michael Hayes was fantastic. He put me perfectly at ease when looking at cars. He was proactive and helpful with everything we needed. It had been 13 years since I had bought a car and I absolutely dreaded the process. Michael was clear about how the purchase process worked, which was very reassuring. I visited several dealerships (most Audi dealerships), and Tischer Audi was the one that was the most inviting. This was, in a great part, due to the rapport that Michael built with my fiancee and I.
The ONLY reason I marked customer service as anything other than a 5 was because of issues I encountered with the receptionist at Tischer. During one visit, I stood at the reception desk for more than a minute while she finished sending a text message. When I told her I was there to see Michael Hayes, she said "OK", but then did absolutely nothing to help. As I was about to leave, almost 10 minutes later, another salesperson approached me and helped me with what I needed... and, like Michael, he was also incredibly cordial and helpful.
I am very satisfied with my purchase and look forward to maintain my new Audi with Tischer.
