I request a call from the service manager and Nothing ! The dealer suggested i change my front pads and rotors hence they are a 6 out of 10 and not warped or cracked ! Wow is a understatement. Brought my 2023 Compass in for warranty covered oil change and tire rotation. Work was completed in a very timely manner. When I asked Mike if he could look at my driver's seat because the material is change and tire rotation. Work was completed in a very timely manner. When I asked Mike if he could look at my driver's seat because the material is literally coming apart at the seam (shoulder height), he walked with me over to my Compass, took photos and filled out the necessary paperwork to submit for warranty repair.
