Brought my truck in fir a service fir the first time oil change.the guy hit the building with my truck when he was pulling it into the bay . Then he proceeded to Back out and hit the garage door Fran with m change.the guy hit the building with my truck when he was pulling it into the bay . Then he proceeded to Back out and hit the garage door Fran with my mirror. He compounded the scratches out and told me it was fine. I also had a tailgate recall and they left a screw out of the tail gate cover. Had to go back to have that fixed. The service manager at least comped me with a free oil change , but when I inspected the truck the front u joint wasn’t greased as the sticker under the hood states it needs to be greased every oil change. They are pretty nice so I might give them another chance.I gave a two because I don’t think I would have been told that they hit the garage door if I wasn’t there to witness this. More
