Poor service. I brought my car in to get the brakes checked and fixed if necessary. My appointment was for 8:00 am, and I was on time. I was contacted after noon and agreed to the service, but they didn’t finish the job. I had to get a ride home, and I didn’t have my car for another day. A routine repair with an 8:00 am appointment should have been completed on the same day. Very poor planning on their part. More

I recently had my oil change done at Milford Jeep. I had made an appointment online that apparently didn’t go through but I didn’t realize until I got to the dealership. Recently had my grand cherokee in for service and to fix a clunk coming from the right rear suspension area. They charged me $175 diagnostic fee. They changed a $250 piece of moulding. They had my car for t a clunk coming from the right rear suspension area. They charged me $175 diagnostic fee. They changed a $250 piece of moulding. They had my car for two days and finally told me they couldn’t find the source of the noise. Now the inside of my car smells like a grease xxxxxx and the clunk is just as bad as ever. This service department sucks. More
