First off went for a scheduled appointment oil change and tire rotation told me approximately one hour wait, the process took an hour 45 minutes went to the dealer because they have taken my coupons from the tire rotation told me approximately one hour wait, the process took an hour 45 minutes went to the dealer because they have taken my coupons from the RAM app previously basically the whole reason why I came to the dealer it would’ve save me $25 while I was waiting I took a walk into the show room was browsing around. They were probably for sales people not one of them greeted me said hello or asked if I needed help looking for anything. And that was one of the reasons when I got my vehicle new I didn’t use the dealership. They basically said they couldn’t help me get anything funny how did another dealership I went to got me in a brand new truck I will say the service department was very friendly and polite More
