The service was good, but it’s hard to understand why a service center specifically for Chrysler wouldn’t have breaks in stock. This has been a consistent experience I’ve had over the last 6 years where pa service center specifically for Chrysler wouldn’t have breaks in stock. This has been a consistent experience I’ve had over the last 6 years where parts are out-of-stock. This is an inconvenience for most customers to return for more service. Please consider stocking routine maintenance parts better - especially given you are a specialty Chrysler - Jeep service center and dealership. More
