The Service Department and its entire Staff are always extremely courteous and efficient. I never have a problem when I bring my 2014 Jeep Compass in for Service. They broke the brackets on the rail that the driver seat moves back and forth on when they removed the seat to change the battery. They did not change them or inform me they broke them. Also last time I wen moves back and forth on when they removed the seat to change the battery. They did not change them or inform me they broke them.
