Mark, in sales, had the cleaned and prepped waiting for us in front of the showroom. After driving, we decided we wanted the car. Negotiated the price (purchase) with Mark and then sat down with the biz manager (Mary) to do the paperwork. Mary stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of for our purchase. After doing all the paperwork, Mark took us out to the car to make sure we knew how the systems worked and to activate the satellite radio. The entire experience was great and with no pressure. A real family business and you feel that when you walk into the showroom. A true rare experience (positive) with most dealerships these days. Will be back! More
