Took my Grand Cherokee L for a service because after 2 year the rear windshield wipers motor was bad and on top of that none of the sensors for front collision, blindspot or parking sensors were working. year the rear windshield wipers motor was bad and on top of that none of the sensors for front collision, blindspot or parking sensors were working. I had to drop the car off at 9 am and as per jeep the car had to be there all day. So at 4 pm they called saying the windshield motor was not in stock but it can be ordered so I’ll have to take the back of another full day drop off. They did update the software and solved the sensor issue however this process is very inconvenient. More
