Carl was helpful in addressing my concerns. I brought my Grand Cherokee in a few times with a rattle in the headliner which was never fixed due to service not being able to hear it when looking I brought my Grand Cherokee in a few times with a rattle in the headliner which was never fixed due to service not being able to hear it when looking into it. This time I asked Carl if I could show the service tech directly and he happily introduced me to the Foreman of the garage. I then showed him exactly where the noise and issue was coming from and they were able to resolve the issue which was a big sigh of relief due to the amount of times I have brought it in with the same concern.
