Do not use this dealership for repairs or service. They kept my car for 6 weeks with no communication, made no effort to ease the inconvenience and laughed at me when the car was finally done. Milford Auto Group has had my car for repair since Jan. 8 (today is Feb. 11). The problem is electrical and thus not due to bad driving or an accident. I’ve now been without a car for nearly 6 weeks. I’ve (today is Feb. 11). The problem is electrical and thus not due to bad driving or an accident. I’ve now been without a car for nearly 6 weeks. I’ve had no word from them, or from Jeep, about when I might expect to get my car back. I’ve been offered nothing to compensate for the massive inconvenience. I will never, ever purchase another Jeep. I advise anybody looking to buy a car not to buy a Jeep. While I’m stuck with this one though (assuming it is returned to me at some point) I will, in the future, take it somewhere else. More
