Hello, with the coronavirus outbreak Jim has decided to take a leave of absence to protect his health, and his email account has not been monitored for that period of time. We will be happy to send out the $35 reimbursement for an inspection sticker. I apologize you were put off by haggling, and that a $499 documentation fee caught you by surprise. This is the only fee our dealership charges whereas other dealers charge multiple fees to make up for their below market advertised price. We only charge a $499 fee for documentation, plus any flow through state fees for registration and sales tax. It is also true that if a dealership charges one customer a fee it must charge all customers the fee or it is considered discrimination. All of our customers pay the $99 documentation fee without exception.
