My mother-in-law was very comfortable and because of Brian's demeanor and great patience she was able to get the car,color and price that she wanted without stress. Milford Nissan was a very pleasant place to buy a car from. Brian spent a lot of time with us, as we test drove at least 4 cars. When they said "we want your business" I felt they really meant it. I bought a 2012 Nissan Altima 20th Anniversary Edition. My original plan was to purchase a Sentra but the deal on the Altima was so good I could not refuse. I could have bought from my hometown dealer but they were very slow to respond despite "wanting my business". They were also significantly lower on the trade in...a difference of 43%. If you are looking for a Nissan.... check in with these folks!!! More

I have used Milford Nissan for service and enjoyed the treatment and experience. When my wife and I went looking for cars they were our first stop. Brian was comfortable and casual but also knowledgable. He didnt force us one bit, but did lead us and explain ech option and cost difference associated. When we took delivery of the car it started to rain so he brought the car inside, took his time explain how to work nav, set up bluetooth for my wifes phone and made sure we knew how everything worked. Not to mention he and the Nissan crew went over and above looking through cars that we test drove after my wife noticed she lost a ring.. I cant say enough how pleased and easy the experience was. We are happy to have a great service and Nissa dealership so close to Franklin. More
