Absolutely horrible customer service! Please take your business elsewhere. I called to ask about purchasing a vehicle and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and had no customer service ski business elsewhere. I called to ask about purchasing a vehicle and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and had no customer service skills. I asked about a car and she couldn't tell me any details on the car or what warranty it had. The car was listed as Certified Pre-owned with a warranty on the page and the sales associate kept yelling that there is no warranty, after talking to someone in the background. She was extremely pushy and told me she didn't want to waste her time. I asked if I could speak to another sales associate or someone in finance to talk about the warranty options and she said she couldn't do that over the phone. This complete lack of customer service make would never want to buy a car here. Take your business elsewhere!!! More

The dealership is DISHONEST they took possession of my Nissan Rogue as a trade for the Chevy Equinox 2-22-2020. They LOST the vehicle and have done nothing to correct the loss of the vehicle.
