A extremely rude and unprofessional Finance manager There is a extremely bad experience that my dad and me got from this store. My dad bought a new car and we took it to home. After around 10 days, I got a text message from the dearship finance manager Steve. He claims there has some problem with the bank finance. We have to go back to the store and re-sign a new contract. So we go the store on the second day, and the manager prints out all new contrasts on the desk. He explains some of the new bank issue and there will be extra charge of the bank insurance etc.. The loan interest is high than the old one. I says “I want the loan interest will be the same as the old one.” We don’t want to pay any extra money that they make mistake. Even though it only extra charge few bucks. However, The manger says “for god sake, it just only extra 4 dollars every month.” and “ it is F*** 4 dollars.” And then He collects back all contracts and says “ then take the car back.” My dad and me get so mad of his rude and unprofessional attitude to us. So I says “ ok, I will return the car back and Please, refund my money back( down payment). He says “no, it will processes to the court.” I says “ ok, then we will process it on the court.” My dad and me left the office immediately. At the last. The Saleman comes out and persuades us. And my dad signed the new contract with another finance manager. We decided to sign the contract because the saleman works hard with us. More
