I'm sorry to hear that you feel we haven't addressed your vehicle issues to your satisfaction. I again would like to explain we did everything in our power to help you including having several technicians and even a corporate rep from Hyundai test drive your vehicle. They all found no issue with your front suspension. You also mentioned that your hood "rattled" loose and that your door "buckled". In my 25 years in the automobile business I have never heard of such thing happening on their own or because of a suspension issue. the only time I've seen doors buckle, new exhaust systems leak and hoods rattle loose was when the vehicle was driven off road repeatedly or in such a manner as to beyond the capabilities of the automobiles design parameters. none of which are warrantee-able. We have hundreds of Santa Fe owners and all are satisfied with their vehicle. I'm sorry that you are not satisfied but the problems you reported are not due to any flaw in the vehicles design but rather vehicle abuse or misuse. Your complaints included the traction control, starting of the vehicle, the door hinge, the suspension, the exhaust and the hood. I'm sorry that you did not enjoy your visit here at Millennium Hyundai. When a vehicle no longer holds a charge and needs to be jumped all the time, you need a new battery and (as is sometimes the case) if the battery is low, some parts can not be serviced or replaced without having a good battery in place. Batteries do a lot more now days than just start the vehicle. I fail to see where we did anything wrong here. As far as Forrest contacting you to purchase a new car, that's his job. He contacts ALL of our service customers if their current vehicles are eligible for trade in. The nice thing about that is that your service bill would have been credited fully towards your new car purchase. You didn't want to buy a new car and that's ok but to say we did something wrong by soliciting your business is absurd. After all we are a new car dealership and selling new cars is what we do.
