Spare tires are not included on many new vehicles today and it's not considered unusual or noteworthy anymore. Years ago when manufacturers first started deleting spare tires we would mention that to our customers but now it's been so common a practice by most car makers that it's considered common knowledge. I'm sorry you did not know this and/or forgot to ask. I offered you our cost on a tire/rim warranty and you thought that was "insane". What's insane is you expecting us to cover damage you inflicted on your own vehicle (twice). Dieder turned you away because you were asking for something we can't give you. What else is there to do besides tell you no? While I understand that "no" is not something you wanted to hear it was and is the only answer available. If there is anything we can do that is within our ability to do, we'd be more than happy to. Unfortunately we can not pay for damages to your vehicle.
