Worst experience ever. Everything was great until I left the dealership, having left a deposit on an 08 Sonata. Was promised the car the next day and over a week later, I was still without a car. The employees there do nothing but lie and string customers along. They play it off as if this is going to be the easiest process when in actuality they suck and it becomes the worst. My phone calls were left unanswered, messages were never returned and the employees would just claim they never got the message, or blame it on another employee. They lied to me day after day, and strung me along. They sold me a car without all the paperwork for the title in order, and then blamed it on the DMV when they were the ones who should have had this information, or at least told me I was going to have to wait 2 weeks for the car. It was just AWFUL. I later found out that other family friends had bad experiences at this same dealership as well as other Millenium dealerships. I would never recommend going to this or any other Millenium to buy a car because they'll take your money and give you nothing. More

He was so helpful in helping me choose my car and explain EVERYTHING about it from under the hood to inside,.Everything..I never met a sales person who cared and was so professional in taking his time with me...I ended up buying a 2012 Accent and LOVE the car! I would most definitely recommend this dealership and salesman (Robert Betts)when shopping for a car...I sincerely hope your shopping experience is as wonderful as mine was...:)))))))) Courtney More
The manager Anthony Nesnick was excellent. When I told him about my other experiences with dealers, especially Millennium Hyundai W. Islip, which I wasn't very happy with, he was more than happy to help m him about my other experiences with dealers, especially Millennium Hyundai W. Islip, which I wasn't very happy with, he was more than happy to help me look for the car I wanted. His understanding personality and enthusiasm to find us a car was refreshing. He found us a car that we wanted and was the only one who stayed within our price range. My daughter now has a car she can drive back to college with. Thanks Anthony and Ira : ) More
Our salesman Rob was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time explaining every detail of every car we were interested in. We told him all the different makes of cars we were interested in and he accepted our choice of shopping around with no problem at all. We were prepared to make an offer on our third visit. Rob, again, had no problem going over every detail. I would definitely recommend Millenium Hyundai, and Rob Betts especially. More

I liked the low pressure approach compared to the other dealers. Sales Associate Robert Betts was great. I already knew alot about the car but allowed him to give me the grand tour of the car's features. He knew alot about the car but didn't come across as pushy or arrogant. He was very easy to work with as was Mike in the finance dept. I would buy from him/them again. More

I was interested in a used car but undecided. The salesman suggested that I leave a deposit to hold the car for a day until I made up my mind. I stupidly agreed. The next day, I called the salesman and told him that I decided not to buy the car. He became nasty. Previously, when he thought I was interested, he was as sweet as could be. That was two weeks ago. He has not returned my deposit. Calls to managers go unanswered. Leaving messages is futile. More
Right now I am leasing a 2007 Santa FE. I wanted to trade it in for a bigger vehicle, the Entourage, because the Santa Fe is just to small for children. I called and spoke to a salesman and specifically told it in for a bigger vehicle, the Entourage, because the Santa Fe is just to small for children. I called and spoke to a salesman and specifically told him that to pay off the lease was $17, 500 and we went over all the details he would of needed. Because I had problems with them when I first leased the Santa Fe I wanted to make sure they wouldn't screw me again. The salesman insisted with me and told me he spoke to his manager and that there would be no problem trading in the Santa Fe for the Entourage. My payments would only be a few dollars more then what I am paying now which is $319 a month with no money down. After making sure he would cut me this deal I dragged MY WHOLE FAMILY down and sat there for an hour for this salesman to come back with $3000 down... $500 a month. I flipped!! He flat out lied to me over the phone and when I showed how upset I was... the managers laughed in my face. Honda offered me a better trade in and when I told them that they said Honda had better lease deals. You think they would try to keep me as a customer? They completely insulted me and I cannot believe that they did this to me. What upsets me most is that I sent 2 more people there last year to get a lease from them and this was the thanks I got. BUYERS AND LEASERS BEWARE!! The managers sit behind the long couter when you walk in like they are the Godfathers!! Should we kiss their rings upon entering? More
