I had a not so good experience the first time I was there. I called and talked to someone there. I was not rude I came from customer service 40 years. I just wanted someone to hear me and maybe the next person wouldn’t have the same experience. I have always gone to the dealership with my car the next dealership was a lot farther. I thought I would give them another shot. The last two times I bought my vehicle in they were fantastic. The young man at the service desk remembers me and is always so polite and friendly. It's very easy and convenient to make appointments for Quick Lane service on the Ford Pass app. Upon checking in for the service appointment the service rep was polite and helpful.
