I arrived about 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment and they welcomed me and indicated that they were not too busy, so they could go ahead and work on my van. Scheduling service was really easy . I scheduled online and got the date and time I requested. While I waited for my car, they had a shuttle that I was able to take to a shopping center I scheduled online and got the date and time I requested.
