I received a card in the mail indicating my 2008 Dodge Avenger SXT had reached it's five year mark and required a powertrain inspection. Chris called me shortly after taking the vehicle and explained indications from the inspection suggested I get a tire alignment, as well as some additional recommendations (including a damaged tire which they could repair). I authorized the alignment and tire repair. He explained the other recommended actions, and we agreed to schedule those for a later date, as I had somewhere to be that afternoon. Terrific service, with the required expenditures clearly laid out. Further, I know what the estimated cost of the next service will be when I bring it back - which I didn't expect, and was grateful to have. The waiting area is comfortable and well appointed. I will be bringing my Dodge back for further services based on my experience this time. More
