I requested a quote through USAA to buy my first car, a Toyota Venza, and it gave me two quotes, one from Bob Richards Toyota and one from Milton Ruben. Both dealerships contacted me in less than a day, bu Toyota Venza, and it gave me two quotes, one from Bob Richards Toyota and one from Milton Ruben. Both dealerships contacted me in less than a day, but only Milton Ruben had the car that I wanted. I was kind of afraid of buying from Milton Ruben after reading a few reviews here, but I gave it a shot. All I have to say is "WOW", I never thought that buying a car would be that easy. All I did was tell them what I wanted, and they gave me the price, I took the loan with my bank (USAA), and gave Milton Ruben my loan info, and done, everything through the phone and emails. All I had to do at the dealership was sign the usual paperwork and take my Venza. I have to thank Tay Teeling and Jeff Hennen for all the attention, effort and professionalism that they put on my case. Thank you again! More

Rachel took the time to listen to what I wanted done, and she came back to me minutes later to explain something I hadn't asked about. The information was appreciated. Stay Away!! That is the best advice I can give. I have dealt with many dealer managers over the years and this one by far is the worst ever. His name is Robert Law. What made this so bad is that I was sim dealt with many dealer managers over the years and this one by far is the worst ever. His name is Robert Law. What made this so bad is that I was simply coming in to sign paper work that had been all taken care and driven 4 hours to sign the deal. Then I was completely dismissed and told we would not be signing today. Said he wanted to go home and that if I wanted to buy a car that I would have to come back Monday. I could understand if I was just getting there late uninvited but just 30 minutes before I had spoken with the salesperson who said everything was ready and to come on. So the best I can see is they do not want your business and there are plenty other dealerships that do. I found one as soon as I left there and closed the deal within an hour. More

Toyota service has always been excellent for me. Whenever there is a problem they take care of it without charging me. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They noticed the new blade was broken also, so they installed new wiper blades that were more expensive and did not charge me. That is great service! More

poor follow up, sold a truck that had to have new brakes , front axle seal, oil change, and tires balanced. other than that no problem.
