Within minutes of my arrival I outlined what I was looking for, and soon after I was already looking at the available inventory of cars that fit my needs. I could tell everyone there cared about their jobs, about Mini, and about the customers they welcome into their community. B explained that he was not only going to be my sales rep, but would also be my point person for any questions or help I’d need in the future with the car. Walking into the dealership, I saw Mini simply as a petite car with a really great design, but after leaving I feel like it’s bigger than that — a brand experience that’s earned my affinity. More
