We dealt with them for two weeks prior over the phone and with videos checking the car out before we made the long trip up to complete the purchase. They represented everything perfectly. Recently purchased a 2023 ram 1500 from here, the sales process was super easy. They were very honest and upfront, there was nothing sneaky going on or hidden fees that some dealerships like to add. Carter process was super easy. They were very honest and upfront, there was nothing sneaky going on or hidden fees that some dealerships like to add. Carter was awesome to work with, he was very helpful and was able to get us everything we needed. Also Jamie the manager was absolutely awesome she even helped entertain our daughter when we were looking at trucks at the dealership. We got some accessories (a bed liner) and wanted some small scuffs buffed out. Both Jamie and Carter have kept us updated on the progress the whole time and got us into a pretty nice loaner truck while we were waiting for the work to be done. More

I purchased a truck here in May ,drove it 12 days and the transmission went out. They brought me a loaner vehicle. I didn't get my truck back till July. They did fix the truck.
