Service/ U Connect I recently had the pleasure of having my 2015 Ram Longhorn truck serviced and later repaired at your dealership. I purchased this truck form Louie He I recently had the pleasure of having my 2015 Ram Longhorn truck serviced and later repaired at your dealership. I purchased this truck form Louie Herron DRC dealership in Madison, Ga. on the 18 June 2015. One day later I noticed the U Connect unit was not working and returned the truck for repair. Three weeks later the truck was supposedly repaired and returned to me. Shortly thereafter I discovered the unit was still disfunctional and the replacement unit in my truck was from a 2013 Ram. I confronted Chrysler care about this matter and they tried to convince me it was a suitable replacement even though it was 3 years older than my truck and had previously been owned by a man named Jimmie in Kansas. I then engaged with Chrysler and was preparing to a file lawsuit when I came to your place of business. Your service manger intervened and corrected the problem. He kept me informed and supervised the replacement of the U Connect unit in a timely matter. I greatly appreciate his efforts on my behalf and I want you to be aware of that fact. I am a small business owner I know how hard it to find and motive good people. Richard "Ricky" Johnson is a good man and a credit to your organization. From Nightmare to Perfect Dream A few weeks ago I had traded in my truck for a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I drove it for about a 2 weeks and then I had to send to the shop to addr A few weeks ago I had traded in my truck for a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I drove it for about a 2 weeks and then I had to send to the shop to address a water leakage. After several of weeks later and several failed attempts we could not get the leakage properly taken care. I literally thought there was no hope and that I traded in my truck for a lemon (yes very disappointing and stressful). I approached the dealership with out knowing what to expect (you know that old fashion fear of Corporate Always Wins). Yeah, so not the case here. I spoke with Mason Dibble (who originally helped me get the Jeep, along with previous vehicles) and boy I tell you he sure brought me back to my comfort zone. He presented my case to upper management who in turn decided to go ahead make things right by purchasing the vehicle back from me. At this point I had one problem solved but then was in position of "Now What?". Mason sat down with me and evaluated my needs to make sure nothing had change since last we spoke or if I just wanted another Jeep (yeah at this point I didn't even want to roll the dice again). He showed me a few options and we test drove a few vehicles (heck we went to another Bob Richards Dealership to see if there was anything in particular that I would be interested in). Finally I found my comfort vehicle. It definitely had everything that I was looking for and then some plus, it was in my price range as well (also a plus). So trust me when Mason smile as you and as "Don't worry. I got you" you can take that to the bank because he truly does go above and beyond to make sure you are more than 100% comfortable with your selection before even starting the paperwork process. Needless to say the weekend I'm trying to put all this behind Mason had to attend his weekend drill (he's serving in the Reserves in case you didn't know what that meant ... "thank you" for serving our Country). So Mason was very informative and already prepared me by letting me and offered to continue the process on Monday if I wanted to; if not then, he would make sure to leave me in safe hands (and so he did). I don't know even where to begin on how knowledgeable and professional Lucas Benjamin was through this entire process. He literally picked off right where Mason left off at (everything was so seamless). Lucas even drove with me again to make sure I was certain of my choice and we drove to my house to where my wife was able to do her own test drive as well. She was inside tending to our little ones, who were sick. When she walked out the door my new vehicle was displayed as if it was on the showroom floor. My wife was impressed and honestly so was I ... the only thing missing was the red carpet runway. Lucas was able to address my wife's concerns and answer both of our questions without hesitation (he definitely knows his vehicles). For the remainder of the day Lucas was there with me the entire time and even helped me move my belongings from the Jeep and the loaner vehicle to my new car (mind you by this time it was pitch black and passed his schedule but he did not mind one bit). We even got a surprise visit from Mason who had just gotten off a 12 hr shift and had to be up early in the morning to do it all over again. Very impressive service at this dealership from the Sales Department, Service Department all the way to Upper Management and Finance. So all in all if you EVER find yourself needing a vehicle I would suggest that you take a moment of your time and these guys work with you. They truly stick by their product, their service and their commitment in providing you the upmost quality service humanly possible. Fantastic experience overall We went in to look at a van after the dealership had closed. One of the salesmen, Lamar, came out immediately to help us. Long story short, we kept Lamar and Wayne there until after 11 buying this van. Wayne was very friendly, even at the late hour, and even bought my granddaughter a coke. It was a very low pressure experience and the car was a steal. Definitely recommend. More
