Very friendly and a painless car buying experience. I have bought a lot of cars and this dealership is by far the best one I have ever worked with. Miss long took her time and ensured I got the best deal I cannot say enough how happy I am with the professionalism of Mrs. long, and Mrs. DeGenaro. Miss long took her time and ensured I got the best deal possible. She understood my requirements and gave me a vehicle that I absolutely love! She wasn't pushy and she gave me different options to try meet my expectations. The same could be said about Mrs. DeGenaro, she was very nice and took the time to go through all the aspects of the truck! She sat in the truck with me and made sure I understood how to work everything In it. Their years of experience shows through professionalism, caring, and genuine concern for their customers. Great experience. Very fast service. I spoke with Lamar Johnson at first on the phone. He was very nice. When we met he showed us the car I was interested in. After my family and I decide I spoke with Lamar Johnson at first on the phone. He was very nice. When we met he showed us the car I was interested in. After my family and I decided it wasn't right for us, the manager and Lamar helped us find a car to fit our needs. He showed us some other options, but found a car that just arrived. We decided to get it and they got it all fixed up for us! I went through 5 other dealerships and none of them were as nice and as helpful as Bob Richards. Overall best experience at a dealership thus far especially for my first purchase of a vehicle. More
