Since Bob Richards took over the dealership from Triangle Dodge, it has only gotten better. The service waiting area has been greatly improved and now has excellent coffee, snacks, comfortable furniture, and a TV. As before, the service itself is exceptional. I am sooooooooooooo glad that Ricky has been promoted to Service Manager. He's why I bought my 2014 RAM 1500 there, and he's the reason I will continue to have my truck serviced there.
