Sage advice indeed Rumblebee - we do our very best to make sure that every used car we sell is in the best possible condition, and if we notice a problem, we absolutely do fix it, However, despite our best efforts, vehicles can develop faults and mechanical problems even while they're just sitting on the lot. Unfortunately many of these possible issues aren't immediately obvious, and will only become apparent when the car is being driven - things like perished seals / certain gaskets, fluid levels, all the way up to the dreaded mechanical seizure. That's why our used cars must be sold as seen, because we can never guarantee that we have caught EVERYTHING, and we're not in the business of making promises we can't keep. We are sorry that you've found a few issues with your new car, but the Bob Richards Dodge Chrysler Jeep service department is certainly ready and willing to help you put them right - we hope you'll consider us for the task and likewise,if you have any further feedback or questions for us then please do get in touch - you can always come down to the dealership, or if it's more convenient you can reach us over the phone or online too.
