Awesome Buying Experience I called Craig Paro on Friday and told him which vehicle I was interested in and that I would be in on Saturday to drive vehicle. When I arrived Saturday morning Craig had vehicle staged at showroom and we proceeded to get in vehicle and Craig proceeded to explain every option the vehicle had. We test drove vehicle on a road where he could demonstrate how exhaust brake worked. When we got back he worked up the deal and after some negotiating we agreed on a price and the deal was closed. Craig is a salesman who cares about his customers. Wayne in finance was very thorough and made sure you understood everything about the finance process. I also want to add that this dealership's Service Department is top notch. The Service Manager, Ricky Johnson (Williams?), is phenomenal! My family and I have been having our vehicles serviced here for years (it used to be Triangle Dodge) because of Ricky. Even if you don't buy a vehicle from these guys, have your vehicle(s) serviced here. You won't be disappointed. More

Advertised pricing vs actual quote Beware of advertised pricing. I shop online prior to visiting dealers. The vehicle I was interested in was discounted online, however when I visited t Beware of advertised pricing. I shop online prior to visiting dealers. The vehicle I was interested in was discounted online, however when I visited this dealer I was quoted a price that was 10% higher than the advertised price. The salesperson said that there were no incentives available for this model. I did not challenge the salesperson, nor should I have to. To me this is an indication of things to come. I ended up purchasing a similar vehicle from another dealer who's advertised pricing was the actual purchase price of the vehicle. More
