The salesperson said that there were no incentives available for this model. I did not challenge the salesperson, nor should I have to. To me this is an indication of things to come. I ended up purchasing a similar vehicle from another dealer who's advertised pricing was the actual purchase price of the vehicle. More

Took current car in for service at Bob Richards and was so pleased and impressed with all the staff. Was in the market for another car for my college age daughter, and the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and people made me want to start there first. Well, no need to go anywhere else. Craig Paro and everyone there are excellent! I felt no pressure! Craig knew the products well, and not only did he answer all my questions, but was sure to ask me questions as to what my needs and concerns were also. Car shopping for many can be a stressful thing, but never did I feel stressed or worry that I would be pressured to buy what I didn't want. No pressure and no gimmicks. They refuse to go over interest rates or potential payments until you're sitting in the financial office about to sign papers. Financial manager wanted to get me a better deal more than the actual sales team. Ended up leaving due to not getting the deal I wanted and buying the same Cherokee with with a V6 instead of a V4 for the same price. More
