The Best Car Buying Experience By Far! I received excellent service from Lamar. He never hassled or called a thousand times. Initially I was looking for a Charger SXT but with the help Lamar, I drove out in a BEAUTIFUL heading turning Ivory Pearl White Chrysler 300 S. I would be doing a disservice to Bob Richard's if I did not mention that the price I paid to what the vehicle was listed was at an INSANELY discounted deal. I honestly felt bad at one point as if I was under paying for what I received. (Lol not bad enough though to volunteer more money). I love my new car and couldn't thank Lamar and all staff that made this deal possible. Can't forget to say Thank you to the gentleman that wiped that thing down one last time and made the Ivory Pearl baby sparkle!! Yall have made this retired vet very happy.. More

Great buying experience! I started looking for a vehicle to replace one that was totaled a few weeks ago. I looked online this morning and went to Bob Richards dealership to look at a Journey, not really expecting to buy one today. Everyone at the dealership, Lamar, Wayne, Dell and others were very friendly and didn't pressure me. They listened to what I wanted and answered my questions. After looking at the vehicle, they gave me such a great deal, I ended up buying it today! Very pleasant car buying experience! Lamar even followed me and drove the car home for me so I wouldn't have to make another trip. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend these people! More
