They sale you products that NOBODY HONORS, not even them. Watch your paperwork... they are thefts. I'm still waiting on repairs, call backs, and my money from DMV... paid it twice. They are crooks. They cars can't be certified. I just purchased my car and the check engine light came on they turned it off. After they turned it off... it put me down twice and I'm still waiting for my call for my repairs. One month and a half and I've been calling twice a week. Went to a different dealership and they've NEVER heard of the warranty and will not honor it. And... neither will Napleton Infinity. I have to seek counsel now. More

It had every unique feature I was looking for and I could not find a similar one in my state. I wanted to purchase this car asap I was ready to pay and everything. So on Monday morning I call the dealership asking them a few generic questions about the car and they could only answer 1/5 of my questions. So I leave my email with the salesmen (named Will) so he can send me better pictures and a total price with fees included. I am out of state so obviously I ca not just drive to the dealership and look at the car in person. I let him know that I am ready to buy this car and as soon as I get the email I will take the first flight over there and buy the car. He told me the sales manager will email me asap with the total price. This was Monday morning It is now Tuesday morning and I still got no response from them, I call them back to see whats the hold up they told me the same thing that the manager is working on it. I call them in the afternoon again, same thing. This request would take them five minutes. All they have to do is send me the total price and I would take the earliest flight over there to buy it. Im a patient person so I wait. It is now Wednesday so I call them back but this time I call a saleswoman named Sheena, I thought maybe the other guy was just bad at doing his job, but Sheena is even worse. I tell her exactly what I told Will, that I am ready to buy the car I am just waiting for them to send me the final price including fees. I obviously need to know how much I should write the cashiers check for before I get to the dealership. She told me she will have the sales manager email me or call me. Today is Thursday I am writing this review. They never sent me the final price or the answer to any of the questions. This would have been a quick easy sale for them. These people are idiots ....its like they dont want to sell this car or something. They completely blew me off and just kept stalling. I dont understand why a sales team would completely ignore their customer who is ready to buy their product with cash in hand. Makes no sense to me. I normally dont write yelp reviews but this drove me nuts. Most people cant get their dream car because they cant afford it.....I on the other had do not have my dream car because of a terrible dealership not wanting to sell it to me and ignoring me. strange.
