Third time I bought a car from them. I will not come back. Came in to replace my Equinox I had bought from them. I needed a new car right away. I was very specific in what I needed, I will not come back. Came in to replace my Equinox I had bought from them. I needed a new car right away. I was very specific in what I needed, preferably 3 rows, minimum able to put in three car seats for my grandchildren. I also needed to be able to travel long distance. Expectation not spoken but since I would be traveling long distance would have assumed it would be 4 wheel drive and cruise control. I communicated with them prior to coming in. I was told they had the perfect car for me, 2017 Nissan Rouge. Can barely get three car seats in, unless I am mistaken there is no 4 wheel drive or active cruise control ( buttons are there but don’t move. So I will use the money my daughter leaves me (stage 4 cancer with little hope of remission) to pay the vehicle and find a dealership willing to listen to my needs More
