Oh I have reached out and y’all don’t care! The service manager avoids me and refuses to replace my steering wheel that THEY tore. My brand new car looks like pure crap because of you guys! I’ve reached out NUMEROUS TIMES. how about y’all have someone that’s honest reach out to me? So no customer satisfaction is not priority. I have sent numerous emails which I still have with no response and numerous phone calls they weren’t returned and voice messages were left as well.

If the goal is to provide an exceptional experience then maybe you should work on peoples cars on time and give it back to them with in a reasonable time. Keeping some ones car and using the statement that you are working on the car or truck taking your time to do it right. but then on the last days slap it together and have to spend a few more days trying to find the problems. Do I feel confidant about the repair? not really and when you ask Nissan or the dealer who is going to warranty the work, what you get is really a no answer to the question. So if Nissan is not willing to stand behind the work tells me they are also not confident in the work. This was a issue that is known to Nissan but they have yet to do a recall on it and now seems they are not willing to stand behind the work.
