Their service department cut the leather on my steering wheel in my brand new maxima and they refuse to Replace it. It was in the shop getting the seats replaced due to the leather peeling which my seats n wheel in my brand new maxima and they refuse to Replace it. I bought the car brand new 10 months ago for 48k and after them refusing to replace the steering wheel that they damaged I decided to sell the car back so I went to get an appraisal from them and they offered me 30k for a car I bought 10 months ago for 48k with a super low interest rate and only has 7800 miles. They are a bunch of crooks! More

Terrible customer service, Service manager and GM will tell you one thing then do another. Very rude and disrespectful. I took my truck in to the service department to have the engine checked out due to being told about the #7 piston frailer. They told me that would have to change out the short block. This was on 17 Nov. 2022. The dealership received all the parts on 30 Nov. 2022. I was told by Jason the service writer I would have my Truck back by the 12th of Dec 2022. Then I was told I would have my Truck by the 15th by the Service Manager, and Jason. I talk to the GM ( Mike ) he gave me he would make sure I got my truck on time and without problems. Well now the day is being pushed again. They are unwilling to give me a car or a truck to drive. They have been told over and over that I would be taking this truck on my Christmas trip. This Dealership could care less. Not sure why it is taking 30 days to do this work other then they are being true xxx holes and will give me my truck when they are ready. To summarize the story, with this last bit of news, I say buy a different dealer and different brand. I have always had a Nissan in my life my first one was a 240z, then a 260z then I git a B210 then went back to 280z. But at this point with no help from Nisan with this issue I will never buy another Nissan ever. The GM (Mike ) and the service manager should man up and be men of their word. They gave me "their word" about this. HA! That never happened! Trust? Integrity? Is something these so called men don’t have. What a joke. Why would you ever do business with these type of people? Throughout the entire process, I could never get anyone to give me the truth when my truck would be ready. Most of the times, I just had to show up. Please stay away from this place.
