They built a relationship With a few ppl there and strongly recommended that I look at Bob Richards exclusively. Upon searching the used inventory at BR I found the car I wanted at BR Nissan. I called and made an appt for 4pm on 02-02-18. Little did I know it would all turn out so great. Nick Vertucci happily greeted me upon my arrival and welcomed to me into his office once I told him what I was looking for. We got everything settled pretty quickly so I could head to SRP on Peach Orchard rd to get a loan approval. Once I got that completed I called Nick and told him it was a GO and he had everything ready for me to sign when I got back. Here’s where I really got to know Nick. We had to wait in the customers before me to finish with the finance manager for about 40 minutes. Nick and I sat and talked about so many things in that 40 mins, and it was very apparent how honest of a guy he was, which made me feel even better about my purchase. I already knew Bob Richards has an outstanding customer service level, but Nick really put it into perspective for me. If all the other people that work at all the Bob Richards are half the guy Nick is...no wonder you guys can have such an amazing team of professional but also down to earth normal ppl helping customers of the CSRA and beyond. I’ve never had a car buying experience feel like I was just going to pick up a car from an old friend, but this is how Nick made me feel. Everyone I came in contact with was exceptionally friendly and very helpful, with good senses of humor, but also very professional.
