I purchased a 2007 Mercury Mariner from Mission MItsubushi on January 29th of this year. As of today, May 16th, 107 day later, I have not received my title and still have paper plates on my vehicle, Which expire on May 21st. I feel the continued negligence i am getting in this matter has gone beyond extreme deliquency. On Friday the 13th I tried to contact you directly, as you requested in your email, and was put on hold 16 times and waited 45 minutes only to be asked to leave my number. Why would I EXPECT a call back...when I have yet to get one....from anyone....in four months? My last name is Buxton ... please pull my folder and figure out why I am in this situation and what your dealership is doing to resolve the problem. I am tired of Zack's endless chat, "We're working on it." What does that mean - exactly. I cannot fathom why your staff is being so unconcerned and unhelpful and frankly I have become highly suspicion of your business. I will await your response before pursuing this matter elsewhere, which may include legal proceedings. Thank you for your response, though it is troubling it took an Internet posting to get some attention.
