I have just purchased our second car from Mission Mitsubishi in San Antonio, TX. Our first car was a Mirage G5. Our newest vehicle is an Eclipse Cross with Full Automatic 4 wheel drive. It is so beautiful the second you look at it. That is the best way I can describe my first thoughts about the vehicle. It is so amazing!!! I can feel each tire operating on it's own as it works together with the other three tires. The full Leather seats and interior are so luxurious That leather feels good in my hands as I grip the steering wheel. With the heat here, the automatic start and the ability to turn on the AC/Heat from inside the house is convenient. Haqqi Shamran sold us our second vehicle. I had him going around to all the vehicles inside many times. He was so knowledgeable about how everything worked in all of the vehicles we looked at. He never once looked to others to help out. They displayed a totally loaded Mirage. That was smooth!!! Then we looked at both Outlanders. I wanted both...lol Those are the Sports model and the Sedan. The Sedan was the original vehicle I wanted prior to arriving at the Show room....but my eye caught that Light Toffe/Soft Latte colored Eclipse. The tires were so sexy. The leather smelled so scrumptious. The seats are contoured to my body and the headrest was perfect. Haqqi took care of my friend and I that day. He even introduced us to the manager. I showed up that weekend with my husband. He wanted the Outlander Sports model at first but the second he saw the Ecllipse he loved it too. Haqqi was wonderful with all of the paperwork and got us through the Gap insurance we wanted quite quickly. Well, today my friend and I will pick up our new plates. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE from this place. I bought a 2022 Mirage last October. I did not buy an extended warranty. The factory warranty is ONLY for about 12000 miles. My AC has gone out. Of course, it requires the crazy, expensive freon R1234yf. Quotes to fix this are about 500 bucks! INSANE! Also, there is something weird about the tires that are required for this vehicle! Just an awful experience. Most unprofessional sales staff ever. Each person had a “not my job” attitude. Simply the worst. Everyone blamed someone else. So watch out everyone it's all about SALE and COMMISSION not customer service and satisfaction. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please be aware of the final price before you move to finance department within the dealership. The final rate quoted by salesperson will be different than the person name sham from finance give you. I went t o the dealership based on reference from my friend and they gave me the for 40645 for outlander and i clearly mentioned that i got a approved loan for from so and so FCU .The finance department resubmitted loan request again with the same FCU and when i asked them, why did they do it. they were saying that to get 4500 cashback, you have to process loan from them. and finance department is also mandatorily charging value add service plan which is extra. The people working here especially the manager and finance department are very arrogant and asking to get a car from other dealer and claiming that they are the number one dealer in country. worst experience never ever recommend anyone to the dealership. Dealer from austin is much better. More
