After they worked on it the first time, I called and told Allen there was a lot more noise coming from the motor. If Chrysler is having problems with the flywheel cracking you would think they would cover part of the cost and get better part in the first place. Poor management!! More

I gave you 5 stars because all of your service guys were fantastic. I have issues, though, with a multi-billion $ company that can't source parts immediately. Just had a service completed and it was done in record time! Fast, friendly and courteous. I did a walk in first thing in the morning for a recall and they were able to make me an appointment for the time! Fast, friendly and courteous. I did a walk in first thing in the morning for a recall and they were able to make me an appointment for the following week. I asked if I could just leave the vehicle with them and if they were able to work it in ahead of my schedule to please do so. I also requested an oil change along with an overall inspection. They obliged with me request. I didn’t expect to hear back from them until sometime after the scheduled appointment; I received a phone call before lunch that my vehicle was ready. I was pleased when I went back that everything was completed as promised. Awesome. More
