Excellent work, but left truck interior filthy and greasy I am very pleased with the work that was done and how quickly it was taken care of. The staff was exceptionally friendly and expeditious. The only negative thing that I have to offer is that the truck's interior was covered in grease and some other dark substance after the work was done. I didn't notice it initially since it was on the plastic plate on the floor by the door and on the lower driver's door. It wasn't until I got home (a 3.5 hour drive) that I saw all of the grease. I've been able to scrub much of it off, but there are some places that are permanently stained. It's unfortunate since the interior is brown. So in summary, I'm happy with the quality of the work. I just wish that a bit more attention had been paid to keeping the interior from being stained. But thanks to everyone for getting the work done quickly so that I could get back on the road. More

Traveling from North Carolina Chad and the rest of the Mitchell Family made it a breeze. They sent any photos I requested, drove us around in the vehicle since we didn't know the area, washed it and fille Mitchell Family made it a breeze. Very poor service dept management. We had to call every day to check to see if they had even LOOKED AT our vehicle. We explained that we were on vacation and had broken down in Enterpr We had to call every day to check to see if they had even LOOKED AT our vehicle. We explained that we were on vacation and had broken down in Enterprise, AL and were 2 hours away in Florida and needed to get back home at the end of the week. We had the vehicle towed there on Saturday night since they were the nearest Jeep dealer. We showed up at the dealership Monday before 8 AM to tell them the vehicle was there and why. They never offered us a rental vehicle at all or even a time when it would be looked at. And again, we had to constantly call then to see if it had even been diagnosed. We finally had to get the general manager involved and he apparently lit a fire under them. The service dept appears to have very poor time management. We were told there was only 1 tech and that's a whole other problem. They could have diagnosed our car, ordered the parts and then resumed work on another vehicle. Again, that tells me they have no time management skills. We were glad we got the general manager involved or we might still be waiting for our vehicle. More
