Friendly people, have bought several vehicles there but highly dissatisfied with the outcome of this visit and lack of resolve in my issue. Advised me my battery passed test (they were willing to work with me and replace battery) so they couldn’t replace it , yet wife was stranded at home the very next morning because once again her car wouldn’t start, and then they advised me to just buy a battery myself because her car was at 40,017 miles and warranty was for 36,000. Being a long time customer and having purchased multiple vehicles here as well as having sent several friends to buy there, to say I’m less than impressed is putting it nicely. It’s a huge inconvenience to drive from the Florida line to Enterprise, wasting both my time and money. More
