I was very disappointed by this dealership after waiting more than half the day for my vehicle to be complete, so my wife called to check if it was ready for pick up, at this time the person on the line tol more than half the day for my vehicle to be complete, so my wife called to check if it was ready for pick up, at this time the person on the line told my wife that Kim had called pertaining our vehicle which was an untruth we had no call from Kim. If this is how the dealership deals with the customers by lying to them then I see this as very unprofessional. Also upon picking up my vehicle I noticed that it had a safety message on my dash about low tire pressure which was not reset so I asked them can they take a look at it for me and correct the fault, the technician that was asked to correct this fault seem to be a little angry when brought my vehicle back and just park and left my car and key inside my car without being courteous or professional. And due to the feeling I got from this dealership I will try another dealership in the future and will steer any of my friends about dealing with this dealership in the future. More
