Avoid this dealer & the employees listed at all costs! They will tell you lies about vehicles to get you on the lot. When you ask them about the lies that you were told they ignore you. This philosophy starts with Sales Management all the way to the salesman on the lot. I also worked with Infiniti Consumer Affairs regarding the rudeness and unethical behavior. They agreed that I had experienced the rude and unethical behavior. However, they would help me with any issues regarding the car but was unwilling to address the behavior at the dealership. Not surprisingly I never received a follow up survey on the transaction. More
